- 2 scoops (60g) Bioflex Nutrition Proflex in Salted Caramel
- 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup (125ml) milk of choice – we used almond milk
- 2 tablespoons no added sugar maple syrup
- 4 dried dates (20g)
- 1 medium banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Pinch of salt
- *Optional: Chocolate drizzle
- Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until well combined.
- Pour into pre-chilled glasses and enjoy.
- We decorated our glasses with some melted dark organic chocolate and almond meal.
